Easiest way is to just use google maps to find a local police department and call that number. If the boot door is not closed sufficiently the motor will not engage and the alarm may think the door has been opened. You might have low voltage in your battery. Why does bmw alarm to go off after locking? I can turn off the interior alarm by pressing a button on the ceiling headlining and this seems to do the trick which indicates the problem is with the interior sensors rather than the wiring/alarm itself, but even with the button pressed, sometimes the alarm still goes off, so now thinking it might be a battery problem (ie not charging the battery sufficiently and the alarm sees a battery output drop fooling.

My roommate was mowing the lawn and the car is parked right nearby so i just assumed maybe the loud noise and vibration triggered what i thought to be a sensitive alarm.
